Over the last two weeks we've had some lovely opportunites to use our skills in listening, sitting, concentrating, responding, moving, but most importantly have fun!!!
Tuesday say Simon the Magic Train and Sticky Kids - using our imaginations to respond to the music as well as the change to sing along!
Wednesday was time for stories and songs with Jill Rowe (Youth and Children's Minister for All Saints Church Marcham). The children sat beautifully and joined in with a song about animals in Week 1, and a story about the creation of the world in Week 2.
Friday is time for Wake Up, Shake Up - into the call to join the school in their Celebration Assembly. Dancing along to 'Holiday' from Madonna really got up woken up and ready to play!!
As you will see from the photographs here will show you how involved the children were, how much fun they were having (and just look at the adults!) as well as sitting beautifully and listening well. It is sometimes hard to do this with so much going on around us - so well done everyone! A brilliant start!
Our weekly timetable is always subject to change, so if your child did not attend on the days involved, they will have lots of other opportunities throughout the year! We have cooking sessions planned as well as 'walkabouts' through the village, trips to the mobile library... and lots, lots, more!!
