Fees and Funding
FEES
Invoices are calculated on an annualised basis, that is 38 weeks spread equally over 12 payments. Invoices are issued on 22nd of each month for payment by 1st of each month. Our fees are £6.50 per hour, falling to £5.50 per hour from the term after your child’s 3rd birthday. Fees are still payable during period of absence, for example sickness or holidays.
PAYMENTS
Fees can be paid by direct debit, cash, cheque, bank payment, childcare vouchers or via tax-free childcare accounts.
CHILDCARE VOUCHERS
If your Employer offers a childcare voucher scheme, please let me know which voucher company this is through so I can provide you with the necessary account information to set up payments.

FUNDING
2 –year funding. If you have received an eligibility ‘postcard’ please bring it into pre-school as soon as possible. Eligibility can be checked at www.childcarechoices.gov.uk
3-4 year Universal funding. All children receive 15 hours free per week from the term after their 3rd birthday (Sept, Jan, April). Funding forms are issued during the beginning of each term and are simple to complete. Forms should be returned to pre-school by the given deadline.
3-4 year extended funding. Some working families are eligible to 30 hours free per week. To check your eligibility visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk NOW. Please present your eligibility code to pre-school as soon as you have it.
EARLY YEARS PUPIL PREMIUM
Some families attract an enhanced funding rate to support their child’s progress at pre-school. Pre-school provide a reading scheme free for eligible children. If you think you meet the following criteria, please let me know.
